Tenant are always Guilty

There is no justice in Orange County, Florida. We were evicted by a landlord from 9736 Heatherwood Court because he falsified documents and committed perjury in his statements to the court. On top of that, instead of removing my property from the house as the Florida statues say he must do, he only removed about 20% of it and then quit. He stole over 5K in tools, my wheelchair, 4K in electronics and home furnishings! When I complained to the OCSO about this, they said it was a “Civil Matter”. Since when is Grand Theft a “Civil Matter”? I spoke to an attorney and was told it was my word against his and since he is the landlord, the court would side with him. So if you are considering renting this house WATCH OUT!
